Nice big house able to accommodate all 8 members of our family! Great entertainment options with the pool table and the hot tub was fun! Large kitchen and big dining table! Very comfortable and spacious!

Great place! Comfortable beds, good location and the house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The yard is great - fully fenced, which was a huge plus for our dogs. The jacuzzi was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

The house space is bigger than the pictures posted. The amenities were so nice for our family & grandchildren to enjoy. Perfect layout of two bedrooms upstairs with it's own bathroom. The other three bedrooms had good space between them for privacy. We hosted Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Enjoyed having coffee in the mornings in the front patio.

10/10 There were some complications with propane but the host was very responsive and patient with us, even let us extend the stay. It was a great experience all around much appreciated (:

Great find! We were a family of 13 from ages 1 to 70 and everyone agreed the house was great. It was spacious and the bedrooms were spread out so it was quiet for those who went to bed early. It had everything we needed including a baby gate to keep our little safe from the stairs.

The Lake Hideaway was just what I needed! The location is great for accessing the Kern Valley area recreation. It was very easy to interact with Mikel and the house is very comfortable (even in the summer heat), clean, and tidy. Everything you could need is available in the nearby restaurants and shops. I would gladly stay again! Mikel was a great host and is well-practiced in his craft.

Everything was just perfect. Has a family reunion and this place was just great. Host was fabulous and house met our needs perfectly. Our group found lots to do there and that was a true bonus. Thanks Mikel. All was wonderful

Mikel was truly one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. He was exceptionally understanding, highly responsive, and made communication seamless throughout our stay. The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment for our team to rest and recharge after long work shifts. We had no issues during our stay and would absolutely choose Mikel’s place again the next time we’re in the area.

Our stay was great. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was close to freeways and locals that we were visiting. Check in was smooth and we had all the things we needed for a great stay. overall the place was a great value and accommodated our large group. We would stay again!

Mike's house was awesome. Great for a large family or group. great value compared to having to get multiple gotel rooms. Very comfortable, felt like home from the moment you walked through the front door. Will definetly stay there again.
